The 4 shins

Bo-shin:

The art of receiving visual observations (for example facial expression) enabling a correct interpretation through “Hara”.

Mon-shin:


The art, souplesse and presence of conversational and contactual characteristics enabling a correct interpretation through “Hara”.



Bun-shin:

The art of receiving perceptions through sound (for example sound of voice) ) enabling a correct interpretation through “Hara”.

Setsu-shin:

The art, reception and performance of subtle touch. Two-hand- (polarised- kyo/jitsu) Shiatsu. Diagnosis of “Hara” using back diagnosis as confirmation. Recognition of physiological appearances in relation to the eight principle patterns: yin/yang, cold/warm, interior/exterior, jitsu/kyo (full/empty).
